- OPPOSITION SUPPORTS 3 GOVERNMENT BILLS

The Federal opposition voted with the government to reduce it's own capital gains tax laws.  The whole two party system is looking very incestuous.   The system has been massaged a bit too much.  The fatted lambs are becoming aware of their fate.

SPIN finds the predisposition of English politicians to keep selecting criminals as colleagues amusing.  It lends credibility to SPIN's general opinion of politicians.

- CHECHNYA

The damage caused by Willy letting Hillary tell him to bomb Kosovo & Serbia is coming home to roost in Chechnya.  Ordinary Russian citizens must see that American initiative as one that they could follow with honour, to prevent further terrorist acts like those three which killed hundreds in Moscow.

As a matter of fact, SPIN is a little unclear on the relevant distinctions, and would appreciate any of our readers who care to email us with enlightenment.

1. Perhaps the "pinpoint bombing" of the Russians is less pinpoint than the US?
2. Perhaps the Russians aren't creating as many refugees in Chechyna than the US did in Kosovo?
3. Perhaps it is because the Chechens killed more Russians than the Serbians killed Kosovans?
